This September PlayStation 2 owners will get to experience life as a road-hardened warrior, as you take contol of one of five giant 18-wheel trucks and blaze a nitro-fuelled path to glory across the United States. Sega promise amazing graphics, unique goals, and fully customizable trucks for over 30 hours of intense trucking action. The King of Route 66 will feature over 40 characters, each with thier own story and some of them will try to keep you from your goal, but eight special ladies are guaranteed to be plenty friendly if you drive home the goods!

The King of Route 66 will feature truly huge levels with multiple routes that will give you an edge over your rivals. Players will be able to customise trucks with over 70 parts, and also enjoy 25 diverse mini game challenges. Smash and destroy your Rivals - go head-to-head against the Tornado Corp. Rivals and become the king of the road as you tackle the long drive from Illinois to California.
