TOCA Live announced
Codemasters are re-launching TOCA Race Driver for Xbox Live.

This October Codemasters will be re-launching TOCA Race Driver for Xbox Live. TOCA Live will enable up to 12 online gamers to compete head-to-head for realistic and intense racing against Xbox Live players. TOCA will also now includes System Link play for up to 12 consoles. The new Live version will unlock TOCA Race Driver's entire range of 42 real touring and sports cars, 12 championships and 38 internationally renowned race circuits as well as FreeStyle races.

TOCA Live will include Quick Match, Optimatch and fully featured Friends support, TOCA Race Driver also features voice support through the Communicator headset and players will be able to shout at the nearest two cars on the track - or to the driver who has just passed you. Live play will feature up to 12 cars on track at once, and the game will auto-detect the players online connection and set the optimum number of racers for both AI-drivers and humans for a session based on the speed of their connection.

TOCA Race Driver (Live) will be published by Codemasters in late October for a rather reasonable RRP of Ł29.99, but until then we have these brand-new screenshots showing off the Xbox Live gameplay.
