Posted by Peter Cavan - Xbox,PlayStation 2,GameCube,Game Boy Advance - UK and Europe Today new screenshots were released for Crash Nitro Kart. The developer for this game is Vicarious Visions, who created the first two of the Bandicoot's games. The game is due to be released in Winter 2003, pitting it against Mario Kart: Double Dash!! CNK will be over the 4 main consoles, whereas Mario Kart will be a Gamecube exclusive. Which will win in the inevitable battle of the platform karters? We'll see very soon. The title includes the normal "Save the world!" storyline, it isn't anything new for the Crash series. With 17 tracks and modes such as adventure, arcade and time trial; it should at least hold its own when it comes to competition. The 13 shots are below, obviously taken from the next-gen and not the handheld versions of the game.
