Hidden & Dangerous for download
The full H&D game can now be downloaded for free, even the expansion pack!

Hidden and Dangerous was released in 1999 and was the game that kick-started the World War 2 / squad based combat frenzy that still exists today. It came out to nearly universal acclaim, and even though its sequel will be released soon, it is still a good title in its own right.

In order to capitalise on the success of the series, H&D's developer have decided to release the game in its entirety for download, absolutely free. The 250MB download, tiny compared to more recent titles, even includes the expansion pack 'Fight For Freedom' and a game editor.

This is a great opportunity for people who missed out on the original to play before the sequel, Hidden & Dangerous 2, comes out sometime later this month. In H&D you control a 4-man team of hardened soldiers who have to fight their way deep into Axis territory during WW2, and get themselves out again. Certainly not an easy title, but very satisfying if you stick with it. The download is available from:
