TrackMania
Whoa... A driving game with a twist... Literally.
Posted by John Wasabi - PC - UK and Europe

TrackMania is a brand new concept, where the player enters a crazy universe of track building, puzzles and breakneck driving.

For the first time ever in a game, the player has to build his track before racing on it. Working out the best route, short cuts and cheeky manoeuvres is the task ahead. Will he find the right way to do the best time?? The name of the game is to collect all the blocks available within the TrackMania set, a truly virtual construction game enabling the creation of increasingly larger and higher tracks, including jumps, loops, and high octane corners, allowing the construction of courses up to an amazing 2000 blocks!

That's not all! TrackMania is an addictive fast paced multiplayer Mecca, including crazy tracks galore, the ability to create your own track and share the experience, and a variety of fascinating competition modes. Open to all, Trackmania's network game is built to allow every player to participate, from the casual gamer with a low-speed connection to the hardcore gamer with a high-speed connection.

TrackMania is a breath of fresh air in a genre stagnated and obsessed by realism. With infinite replay value and the emphasis firmly on fun, it's sure to prove a shot n the arm for PC speed junkies.

Beta of the game is already available and you can download it free at http://www.trackmania.com/demobeta/ Stay tune with Silicon Fusion for all the latest.
