Jolt Online Gaming is looking for committed gamers to fill full time Lead Game Master positions for an upcoming massively multiplayer online role-playing game.

If you are passionate about MMORPGs and have experience in providing high levels of player support, then here is a dream-job opportunity.

The core responsibilities of the role include the management and recruitment of GM and support staff; the setting of policies and guidelines with regard to player support; establishing systems and procedures for the ongoing development of GM and support teams; collecting and collating game information and providing day to day in-game support.

The ideal candidate will have senior GM experience and a background of customer support management. Additionally the candidate should be both knowledgeable about the unique issues inherent to MMORPGs, and passionate about providing the best gaming experience possible. Dedicated MMORPG players with a history of voluntary support in one or more empowered player programs will also be considered for the role.
