Microsoft have just announced the release of Xbox Live in three new Asian regions.
Posted by John Grothier - Xbox - UK and Europe

This coming April will see the release of Xbox Live in three new Asian regions; Hong Kong, Singapore and Tiawan. Microsoft are promising that there will be over 30 Xbox Live enabled titles when the service launches. These will include XIII, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, Rainbow Six 3, Ninja Gaiden, Dead or Alive Online, Top Spin, NBA Inside Drive 2004, Links 2004, Amped 2, Project Gotham Racing 2, Counter Strike and Crimson Skies.

Figures from Microsoft claim that 750,000 people are playing Xbox Live around the world, and that a staggering 1.5 million gaming sessions are held each week. Now with these new Asian regions, Microsoft are predicting the Xbox Live service to excel one million subscribers by this coming June.
