Good guys go to heaven, bad guys go everywhere they like. Join the forces of evil in Traps of Darkness.

Let's face it baddies are good, take Darth Vader, Saruman, Servelan and the rest of the host of nasty ones that permeate the universe. Now it is your turn.

Steve Milburn of Strategy First said, "Traps of Darkness is a twist on the classic action-adventure game. Gamers have the chance to play the role of evil and use their wits and skills to declare victory and eternal doom for mankind."

You and up to seven friends are striving to free your dark lord and bring about the said doom, each with different powers and strengths to try and grab the glory of releasing Ragnar from his bonds and unleash the shadows once chained.

As you compete either solo or against others your minion grows and improves the more you play. Victory is achieved by setting traps and using the terrain to your advantage against other players and the critters in the dungeons, whilst picking up power boosts and snackies to give temporary bonuses to your character.

Also boasted are a powerful AI designed to provide randomised spawning and combinations of other mean creatures that should ensure that no game can ever be won the same way twice.
