One box to bring them all and online bind them? Posted by Chris Snook - Xbox - UK and Europe The Xbox is evolving, changing, mutating into a bigger, badder more lean beast. Over the last few months there have been all sorts f rumours about this next generation console. That NVidia will be dumped, that IBM were close to suing due to the Xbox being practically a butchered PC and many, many other bits and pieces of flotsam and jetsam. Now it looks like we may actually have a chance to gain a few hard facts about the next iteration of Microsoft's baby. Xbox head honcho Robbie Bach is set to make a stop off at the Games Developer Conference later this month, where he might reveal some of the specifications for Xbox 2. The fist time that any real details will have emerged. In addition Bach is due to reveal MS's software strategy for the next year or so, which will presumably include titles for the current Xbox and a chance of a hint of some titles for the new platform. Xbox 2 is expected to debut next year. Chris Snook
