Jinkies, the gang is back and they are off on another ghost hunting mystery trail. Or at least Shaggy and Scooby are.
When Velma receives an unusual message from her old librarian friend Alan Dinsdale asking for help, little do the intrepid sleuths know that they once again will face horrors unknown and unfeasibly large sandwiches.
Travis Jones, famous industrialist is forcing all manner of people to sell up so he can acquire their land for unknown purposes aided by his occultist assistant Selena Jones, whose part in his actions are shrouded in mystery. And just what does the powerful and enigmatic Tome of Doom have to do with it all?
Based around six large areas, each with for or more levels, including a movie studio, a Wild West Theme Park and the headquarters of Sherman tech, Scooby Doo! Mystery Mayhem is packed with cutscenes, boss levels and co-op play as the Dining Duo. Each a blend of action, puzzles and ghost busting using the pages of the Tome.
Also littered about the game are puzzles and sub-games, such as various sandwich ingredients that are used to unlock bonus material such as art galleries, not to mention other hidden items that can be discovered and opened up.
Zoinks.
Scooby Doo! Mayhem Madness is due out later this month.
