Tribes are a gathering
The Tribes are back with a vengence with a special one off celebration by Vivendi.

To celebrate the release later this year of Tribes: Vengeance Vivendi announced today that they would be producing a special edition DVD of the first two Tribes titles. Starsiege: Tribes and Tribes 2.

The games will also be available for download via Fileplanet and the discs themselves are expected to be in the newsstands from May 5^th attached to the covers of Computer Gaming World.

Tribes: Vengeance, utilises the Vengeance engine, based off the engine that powers Unreal and offers a single player story experience coupled with the online mayhem associated with the Tribes name, also mentioned so far is the reputed ease of modding that will be available to those who want to perform a bit of tinkering under the hood.

Due out before Christmas.
