See Burnout 3 in action
We have some brand-new videos showing off some serious carnage from the third Burnout title.
Posted by John Grothier - PlayStation 2,Xbox - UK and Europe

Electronic Arts have just released two videos from the eagerly-awaited third instalment of the Burnout franchise. Both videos show off the spectacular crash system in Burnout 3, and some truly stunning enviroments. We're keeping our fingers crossed that Electronic Arts and Microsoft sort out their differences soon enough so that Xbox owners will get the chance to race online via Xbox Live. Online racing for the PlayStation 2 has already been confirmed.

Burnout 3 promises to take the series even further with a new feature titled 'crash and burn' racing concept and a one-of-a-kind special effects engine that delivers spectacular visuals. As with the previous titles in the series, the intensity heats up as players race, and often crash, their way through oncoming traffic in an attempt to finish first. Burnout 3 will feature multiple single-player, multiplayer and online crash and race modes for the PS2. Burnout 3 offers players the opportunity to race through busy city streets and be rewarded for taking risks that result in heart-pounding action and electrifying crashes.
