id Software are offering a unique package holiday deal, better take the sun factor billion.

Such are the words of id Software supremo Todd Hollinswood as the first real screenshots of the Xbox version of Doom3 were shown to the world and they do look damn spanky and fitting for another trip to Hell on Mars.

Now due for release this Summer for the Microsoft platform, Doom3 has been beset with problems, it is now a month beyond the original release date. Doom3 has come a long way since it appeared at E3 2002 but finally looks set to bring us once more a slice of demon fragging.
