Time for a little Payback
Crime pays, or at least the payback can. Swarm across ten cities, with up to three mates.
Posted by Chris Snook - Game Boy Advance - UK and Europe

Billed as a game to push the GameBoy Advance as hard as it will go Payback is one to look out for.

Mission based in a fully realised 3D world, viewed from the top down perspective, payback aims to pass on the feel of living, breathing cities in each of the ten sprawls that you can meander through on your crime wave. With a day/night cycle and changeable weather the cities should come alive. Each holding its own secrets and challenges. Hidden weapons, different vehicles, boats, buses, cars and naturally tanks are all there, each able to make mayhem unlike any other.

Also on offer is 'Rampage' mode where escalating missions are generated randomly in order to challenge the player to see how far they can go with what they can pull off. Assassinations, kidnaps and even the odd Jay Walk. Then you have the four player deathmatch mode, which may give an all new meaning to the phrase a crime killing spree.

Due out October 22nd
