Posted by Chris Snook - Xbox,PC - UK and Europe Close Combat: First to Fight as you will recall is a squad based tactical shooter, developed with the aid of US marines and set in a fictional urban setting. Now some of the first shots have been released, both for Xbox and PC and they look pretty sweet, showing off further the grittiness of the scenarios. They also give us the first real peek as to how the game will look on both formats and a glimpse at the other main feature of the game. That no marine suad is alone, that they can call in support at anytime from tanks to Apache attach choppers and the various environmental effects such as smoke. Also announced was a trailer that should be appearing on cover disks very shortly, in QuickTime and Windows Media Formats and looks good also. So sit back, lock and load and get ready to rumble.
