Posted by John Grothier - Xbox,GameCube,PlayStation 2 - UK and Europe Take-Two Interactive have just released some new screens of their new 3D platforming adventure, which is heavy on the lizards. In Scaler, due for release at the end of this month, Bobby "Scaler" Johnson got more than he bargained for when he stumbled upon his next door neighbor's evil plot to take over the world by stealing all the lizards and training them to become his mutant army. Bobby takes on his enemies in ways kids will only have dreamed of...by transforming into one of them. Scaler features lots of collectable power ups like 'Klokkie Balls' and 'Crystal-Gems', when used these will rev-up the skills necessary to overcome obstacles and battle evil enemies. In Scaler players will be able to take the shape, abilities and weapons of five different characters, which is essential to progress through the game. With humour, nice graphical touches like exotic plants, wondrous creatures and beautiful landscapes in a huge world with 10 original levels to explore, Scaler is looking like a great platforming adventure.
