Meet Kay
Legend of Kay casts players as an adventurous, youthful cat who is studying the ways of the ninja in this new platformer.

This coming February will see the release of The Legend of Kay on the PlayStation 2. Players take on the role of Kay, a young adventurous cat who is studying the ways of the ninja. His once peaceful island home is turned into upheaval, when the evil Emperor Shun and his gorilla army invades, capturing many of the villagers. Kay is the last hope for restoring peace and prosperity to the island and rescuing his clan.

Legend of Kay has all the hallmarks of a classic action adventure platform game, mixed with role play elements and also an advanced close combat fighting system. As the young cat embarks on his quest to save his village, he improves his fighting skills, acquires awesome new weapons and discovers incredible special powers and unlocks amazing secrets. Legend of Kay recreates the style, look and feel of classic martial arts movies, combined with game play and story appealing to players, both young and old.

Legend of Kay features challenging martial arts fights with over 50 fighting moves and over 20 unique action moves, with over 30 different enemies with original animation and a multitude of movements and weapons. This platformer also features lush and highly detailed worlds that will include woods, swamps, caves, mountain tops, coastlines - all creating a living and breathing world for the player to explore. Kay will also come up against some huge bosses with some incredible special effects that the developers promise will make each and every boss fight an unforgettable experience.
