It would seem so... Posted by John Grothier - Xbox,PlayStation 2,PC - UK and Europe Back in 2002 we reported on True Fantasy Live Online, Level 5's online RPG - designed for the then still to be released Xbox Live service. Last June Microsoft canceled the project, but the President of Level 5 - Hakihoro Hino, has recently stated that 'production is about to be resumed on True Fantasy Live Online'. Hino-san was speaking with a well-known Japansese gaming magazine, Dorimaga, about the resurrection of True Fantasy Live Online, but interestingly declined to say on what platform the RPG would be released on - and he even speculated that the possibility of a release on the PC and PlayStation 2 was 'strong'. So perhaps Xbox owners will still miss out on that much-needed online RPG, or perhaps not - time will tell, and we'll let you know when we hear anything more.
