They say that Odin sacrificed an eye for wisdom, none can really say that about the Reverend Devlin. A preacher in the old Wild West, with sun parched skin, he is a pale rider that emerges from the sun. Were it not that he was a man of God he would have swung long ago for his past. A past that like many others is coming back to claim it's due, once the feared leader of the Los Gauchos, he must now struggle to continue on his way, dealing both solace of the Almighty and a belly full of buckshot in equal measure.
Set in Mexico and the turbulent borderlands during the war
Wanted Guns
is a combination third and first person shooter as you control Devlin as he tries to stay one step ahead of the game. Spread over a number of locations ranging from the ghost towns of Mexico to Colorado for gun battles in the mountains with a variety of authentic weapons to deal lead based damage to assailants on your tail. From the humble shotgun to one of the very early revolvers and the signature gun of John Wayne - the Winchester Rifle, all can be used with pinpoint accuracy via the intuitive aiming system. Or if silent and deadly is more your bag, you can slit peoples throats with the slick blade of an Apache or the ultimate in quiet ranged combat, the Mexican crossbow.
With friendly minimum specs to run on Wanted Guns may just fill the hankering for a noon time shootout at the OK Corral.
