Posted by Chris Snook - PC - UK and Europe It has been well over a year since anything peeked over the horizon concerning the Master Creating developed game Restricted Area. Now after such a long wait a bundle of screen shots emerge to show of the look of this Cyberpunk style game. Set in 2083, on an earth that is a mutant infested wasteland ruled by the mega-Corps where survival is just the only thing you can do. As an action RPG, Restricted Area presents a fourfold storyline narrative, with each of the main characters telling a single strand that when complete will provide a unique feel to the unfolding plot. With seventy-five skills to select from, more weapons, cyber- and bio-ware that you can shake a stick at there is something here for most. With an isometric viewpoint and a slick feel it may just be time to don the mirror shades and the long leather coat and give the world a wake up call. Due out this April.
