Posted by John Grothier - PlayStation 2,Xbox,PC - UK and Europe Due for release this summer on the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC - Dead to Rights II will see Jack Slate and his deadly K9 partner Shadow back in the deep-end, as they are thrown head first into the crossfire between criminal organisations battling for control over Grant City's underworld. The story, which pre-dates that of the original Dead to Rights, begins with Jack investigating the kidnapping of a prominent Grant City judge. His investigation exposes a labyrinth of crime, corruption and betrayal...an earlier look at the mean streets of Grant City. Dead to Rights II promises some intense new gameplay mechanics with over a dozen all new brutal disarm moves, spherical slow-motion diving system, and an arsenal of deadly weapons - including Shadow himself, who assists in combat and retrieves items during conflicts.
