With more styles of racing, Touring Car, Open Wheel (Kart and F1 etc) to Rallying and Oval Racing than before and a career system dedicated to each things are better than before. Within each career path there is scope to advance, say from Karting to Formula 1000, Formula BMW all the way to the cockpit of a Formula One BMW Williams. An upgraded physics engine and a damage system that pinpoints precisely where collisions occur are just the start, there are options to track tyre wear, temperatures of those tyres and the engine and how fuel distribution affects handling. Or take on the world tour and race around the globe with cut scenes aplenty, plot driven narrative and a feel of wind whistling past your helmet. Due out this Winter for Xbox, PC and PS2.
