Three years lost, presumed in Development Hell and now finally
Plane Down: Behind Enemy Lines
can be taken off the MIA list.
In a departure from many recent World War Two games, PDBEL is a third person RPG style game which follows the story of US Airman Bill Foster who finds his plane shot out from around him and his only chance of survival is the Swiss border, quite a nimber of miles away in the far distance.
Depicted in a comic book style that enhances the action as it takes place, action that can one minute flip from all out guns blazing heroism through to more thoughtful sections that will take cunning, verve and inteligence to pass. Furyther slotted into the mix is an RPG element that allows the accruing of Experience Points and their spending to boost Bill's skills and attributes. All the while eluding the clutches of Captain Killinger who wishes to kill Bill.
Due out next month.
