More Life
Expand the world of Gordon Freeman and get ready to continue in this life or the next.
Posted by Chris Snook - PC - UK and Europe

There is a rumour starting to surface that Valve Software are set later this year to release Half-Life 2: Aftermath the working title to the first expansion of their immensely popular first person shooter.

Once again you step into the suit of Gordon Freeman as he once again strides to the defence of all humans everywhere, in the face of staggering odds. Picking up from the end of HL2, Aftermath is expected to chart the further battles of Gordon, elaborating and tying up loose ends and providing new mysteries to unravel.

Valve's online distribution system, Steam is expected to be the delivery system of choice, ensuring that those who have the original can acquire the expansion, though as yet there is no indication whether a boxed version will be on sale.

Currently set for release this Autumn, Half-Life 2: Aftermath is one that should be watched.
