Posted by Chris Snook - Game Boy Advance - UK and Europe Way, way back in the mists of time there was a game that was pretty much the first of it's kind. Coded by a schoolboy programmer, Julian Gollop, Rebelstar raiders was one of the very first to use the now familiar isometric 3D, turn based format. Now almost two decades on Julian is back with a revamped version for the GameBoy Advance. It is 2117and the Earth is under the control of an alien race. A band of rebels have emerged however and even now work to overthrow the Aurelian Empire, they are the Rebelstar: Tactical Command With a host of weapons to choose from and develop, a skirmish and campaign mode, skills like stealth and destructible scenery. This Rebelstar looks to be the best so far. Due out this September.
