No sooner has the footy season finished then the next great contender is upon us.

The Premiership has been won, the European cup has been and gone and all there is to cuddle to the heart is the glories of the last season. Now fear no more as the first glimpse of what maybe the worlds favourite Soccer sim is revealed ready for next year. Indeed, the line-up for Pro Evolution Soccer 5, is already looking to be champion quality, with John Terry of Chelsea signing up to add his name and the inclusion of Wayne Rooney and Michael Owen.

Slated for inclusion are even more refinements to the off the ball control system, the animations and the more aesthetic things, such as even more polished graphics, sounds and commentaries. Chelsea Captain Terry is enthusiastic; "I've been a massive fan of Pro Evolution Soccer for years now and am really pleased to be able to work with the talented people behind such a fantastic game.."

PES5 is due for release later this year.
