The Roman Empire, one of the greatest political statements ever. It lasted five hundred and more years, spread over three continents and at its height was the greatest superpower ever. Even today it is still used as a yardstick for many things.

Now in Legion Arena you can follow in his footsteps. Using the same methods and tactics of yesteryear. Recruit and train your troops, purchasing equipment and skills for their use. Selected from twenty different unit types, have elephant cavalry or Legionaries to take on the enemy. With missions as Romans or Gauls, spread over one hundred different scenarios, all fought in 3D. Issue orders that are followed in real time, to take the best advantage of terrain and enemy weaknesses.

All backed up by a whole myriad of weathers, times of day - take part in a pitched night time battle - rendered with particle and other special effects. You can also create your own scenarios, to test other master gamers.

Due out this Autumn.
