Posted by Chris Snook - Xbox - UK and Europe We all knew it was going to happen and like its cousin on the PC, Half-Life 2 has been delayed a few times as it prepares to shoulder itself onto the XBox. Now at last the first few screen shots have been released for our perusal and they do look damn good. There are no details on how this version will differ from the PC title but there is likely to be some kind of internet connectivity, whether via XBox Live or some variant of Valve's Steam system. As yet we do not know how the story differs if at all from the PC, which if you recall had Gordon Freeman reappearing mysteriously once again a few years after the events in Half-Life, meeting old friends and enemies as he once more dons the mantle and suit as Humanity's protector against the invaders. As yet there is no release date set but fear not as soon as it is set we will tell you.
