Posted by Chris Snook - PC - UK and Europe The Empire have been busy recently, getting polishes and tweaks sorted out on their nice and shiny shooter - Starship Troopers which was first revealed well over a year ago. And the screens they have dropped onto an unsuspecting planet in deep space somewhere are very, very nice to look at. Giving us a first real idea of the way it will play other than destroying more bugs as they come to you than a pesticide conference. Which is a good things as there can at times be over three hundred of them on screen at anyone time, all after your body and not in a nice friendly way either. On your side though is the trusty M2 Morita Rifle, the awesome Nuke Launcher and many other methods of delivering bodily harm to your foe as you switch from desert to lab to factory, struggling to retain your fragile life. It also covers everything from the film, cartoon series, novels and books, has nineteen different bugs to give you problems, voiceovers by Johnny Rico actor Casper van Dien and all the LAN gaming options you could wish for. Starship Troopers is due out on the 26th of October.
