Posted by Chris Snook - PlayStation 2 - UK and Europe Spinout is set to be one of the more interesting games to hit the PS2 and PSP this year. With stunning good looks and gameplay that is a cut above the norm Spinout is gearing up to show what can be done with nothing more than a simple sphere. Up to four players will be able to battle it out, racing their Xorbs around multiple tracks, suspended in the sky, with precipitous drops and packed with chances to perform stunning stunts, pull of clever moves and utilise an array of weaponry in order ti complete your way through the twists and turns of the fifty-four different tracks, split through nine separate environments. You can also customise your Xorb, with over two million different combination to winnow through, or change as your Xorb receives a battering that required repairs as the scenery blurs past. As yet there is no publisher in Europe for Spinout, nor a release date. More when we have it.
