We have more screen shots of Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. Posted by Chris Snook - PlayStation 2,Xbox - UK and Europe Whilst the great green tide of news continues to emerge from Amsterdam a few other titbits have snuck through the nets. Konami today revealed the first real shots fo the latest incarnation of the Dracula bashing series Castlevania: Curse of Darkness and they do look damn swish. CoD takes a slight detour from the normal run of the Belmont mill, introducing Hector, a one time demonic lieutenant of ol' Drac himself, now lured back into the lands of Transylvania = for purposes foul and unknown. It is now up to Hector to once more do battle and sally home, safe and sound. The shots also show for the first time how the game will look and some of the moves that are available, a lot of which seem very, very plush and spangly, all the better to 'Holy Fire and Damnation you Dracula' by the looks of it. They also help to assuage fears that the project was about to be canned, after the recent announcement that it was to be delayed until next year on both the PS2 and Xbox.
