They seek to outwit and be better than those around them, and in a City of Heroes you will undoubtedly find a City of Villains CoV is the first expansion to the aforementioned City of Heroes, MMPOG and in a way is more than just a new expansion as the announcement has been made that you only need on account to play both versions of Paragon City. However they can still be played independently, for those who just adore the bad life. There will be new powers and abilities introduced, more options and a dedicated CharGen system that will ease your passage to suave capedom, not to mention build you own unassailable fortress of evil. Plus you also get the chance to kick those goody heroes backside once and for all! City of Villains is due out soon.
