Posted by John Grothier - GameCube - UK and Europe In LucasArt's latest Star Wars title players are invited to become Jango Fett, the most ruthless and feared mercenary in the Star Wars universe. Father of Boba Fett, Jango is one of the most enduring and interesting characters to appear in the Star Wars films and the game will plunge the player into the dark, deadly, unforgiving world of the Bounty Hunter. Set between the events of Star Wars: Episode I and II, Star Wars Bounty Hunter allows the player control in Jango in a third person perspective. Players will be drawn into Fett's sinister and seedy world, where thieves, assassins - and worse - thrive. Bounty Hunter is an action game, and as such, Jango must use all his skills to track down the leader of a mysterious and deadly cult, taking out a few of his minions along the way, in the rarely explored dark side of the Star Wars universe. Jango will also be competing for the ultimate bounty with a mysterious, brutal rival from his murky past. The gameplay will feature intense combat and pure action as Jango tracks his prey across six fantastic worlds and eighteen levels. Eliminating the worst scum in the known universe takes a lot of firepower, and Jango has an impressive arsenal, which includes dual blaster pistols, a flamethrower, missiles, and a distinctive jet pack!
