Posted by Marc Hull - PlayStation 2 - UK and Europe Today we got hold of some brand new screens from Lara Croft's latest outing, Tomb Raider: The Angel Of Darkness. Being the first Tomb Raider made specifically for the PS2, Core are taking full advantage of the hardware by adding all manner of lighting effects, including some cool shadow effects and light rays to make the game really stand out from its predecessors. The gameplay also seems to be receiving an overhaul, with lara sporting some impressive new moves and integrating more stealthy, Metal Gear-esque stages. If these new screens are anything to go by, Angel Of Darkness seems set to bring the Tomb Raider series back into the limelight right in time for the new movie. Check back soon for further details!
