Shining Soul
A Sega classic is revived on the GBA and we are pretty confident this is one title that will shine.

Remember the good old days of the Mega Drive, Game Gear and Saturn? If you do then you should remember classics such as Shining in the Darkness and Shining Force. If not, what were you playing?

Shining Soul tells the tale of a civilization long ago that was destroyed by the Dark Dragon, the embodiment of destruction. The Dark Dragon was eventually defeated and sealed. However, an unknown evil force is at work to awaken the Dark Dragon and cause chaos once again and surprise surprise, you have to defeat all the evil doers and seal the Dark Dragon to save the day.

Players will have a choice of four character classes: Warriors, Archers, Dragonutes and Wizards, which they can select from depending on their playing style. Players can also customize the names for their characters as well as their appearance. With a 4 player multi-player link option this will be one unique RPG experience on the GBA. The estimated release date is February 2003, seems like the New Year cannot come soon enough.
