Posted by John Grothier - Game Boy Advance - UK and Europe Vivendi Universal Interactive are set to release a brand-new outing of The Incredible Hulk for the Game Boy Advance this spring. Based on the original Pre-Silver Age Marvel classics, The Incredible Hulk and Tales to Astonish comics from legends Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, this GBA title will attempt to tell the true origins of the Hulk. After being caught in a nuclear explosion, and exposed to gamma radiation, Doctor Bruce Banner now finds himself, at times of stress, transformed into one thousand pounds of green fury. Now he must escape the clutches of the U.S. Army, commanded by General 'Thunderbolt' Ross, but also strange and powerful adversaries such as the Executioner, Tyrannus, and the sinister Leader's. So now you must guide the hulk through military compounds, barren deserts, subterranean cities, underground caves, and even earth's distant future, before a final face-off with the most lethal creation of gamma radiation, the evil Abomination! The Incredible Hulk will feature 33 levels which will provide a staggering 30 hours of gameplay on your Game Boy Advance. 'Hulkmatch' multi-player will allow for head-to-head battles for 2-4 players with a link cable. As you play through the game the Hulk's abilities will grow more powerful, which will help you smash your way through the free roaming environments, where nearly every object in the environment is interactive and can be damaged or destroyed.
