Nintendo have just announced that Link will be returning to the GameCube with a new adventure titled The Legend of Zelda: Tetra's Trackers. Tetra, the leader of the pirates, has set Link a brand-new challenge; he must race around collecting stamps from Tetra's pirate cohorts. Link must use all his previous exploration and navigation skills to find all the pirates and get their stamps. Each of the pirates must be found in the correct order, and Link must make good use of the map and information provided by Tetra through the fabled Pirate's Charm. Up to four players compete to see how many stamps they can collect before time runs out.
The Legend of Zelda: Tetra's Trackers will feature a new level of connectivity between Nintendo GameCube and Game Boy Advance, and will allow players to compete against one another to prove their skills as trackers. Use the Game Boy Advance as a game screen and a controller, and race against up to three friends. Exclusive information appears on each player's screen, while Tetra guides the group along the way with cues that appear on Nintendo GameCube. Players will also be able to control four different coloured versions of Link, from the Legend of Zelda series, including characters from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.
