Posted by John Grothier - Xbox,GameCube,PlayStation 2 - UK and Europe Dungeons & Dragons Heroes will take the player on a journey through the world of the classic Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game, as one of four great heroes. Take control of classic D&D character classes as either a Fighter, Wizard, Cleric & Rogue, each carved in the style of fictional famed fantasy figures drawn from the D&D universe. Dungeons & Dragons Heroes is all about combat, and like the roleplaying game, developing your character. The game features some gorgeously detailed characters in lush environments that are rich for adventuring, each populated with Dungeons & Dragons monsters, treasures and sinister traps. Dungeons & Dragons Heroes features diverse styles of play for each of the character classes, and so each hero will have a different experience on subsequent play-through. Four-player cooperative multiplayer allows you and up to three friends to select your own heroes and team up against monsters and solve puzzles together. The game includes authentic D&D monsters, many drawn directly from the third edition of the Dungeons & Dragons Monster Manual, including boss-monsters such as towering Iron golems, fire-breathing golden dragons and horrific beholders. Dungeons & Dragons Heroes features visually stunning Spell and Magical effects as well as interactive levels spanning multiple environments, ranging from a working forge to a magically suspended castle in the sky, each containing secrets, bonuses and rare item to discover.
